Process Postponed in KKDİK
As it is known, it was planned that the final registration obligation would become mandatory in the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (KKDİK) application by the end of 2023.
As PAGDER, we have expressed our reservations before all relevant authorities, especially our Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, regarding this implementation schedule, which will cause a serious disruption of our country's industrial production, and we have also submitted our request to revise the schedule so that our sector can complete its preparations as well as a gradual transition. In the meetings held by our Ministry and attended by our secretariat as well as our Chairman of the Board of Directors, Selçuk Gülsün, our Ministry approached our suggestions positively and as a result of these studies, the KKDİK calendar was revised and the regulation change came into force by being published in the Official Gazette.
